Homey on Homes

My travels through Web 2.0 have brought me to Zoocasa.com that is a real estate search engine that integrates real estate sites like Realtor.com with Google maps very nicely. You can search by city (e.g. North York, Ontario) and refine your search according to housing type, number of rooms, price range etc. Very handy.

Unfortunately, in the wonderful world of the Greater Toronto Area, one must refine the search to begin at price $350,000 to find any house of decent quality. Oh God forbid any subprime-like effects to happen here in Canada!

Will we ever see a day when prices of everything aren't so inflated? One can dream right?
